For all gel recipes soak dry moss in distilled water 12 – 24 hours changing the water frequently. This will rehydrate the plant with a wet noodle-like texture.
Once the Sea Moss is blended into your favorite gel, take 2 tablespoons daily. Store gel in the refrigerator. On average gel will last up to 3 weeks. Tip – Always be sure to use very fresh ingredients or the gel may spoil sooner.
All recipes will produce a 16 ounce jar of gel.
Substitute Agave for Honey if a Vegan friendly option is preferred.
